The Carlson Homestead Farm is a family owned and operated business.  Our mission is to provide quality food products while remembering family, traditions, and recipes that honor our Lord for His provision through the land and its resources.  Owners, Clint and Sarah Carlson, have been doing the day-to-day work involved with a dry land wheat operation for the past 30 years.  The family ranch is located in northeastern Oregon, and was homesteaded by Anders and Sophia Carlson in 1883.  The primary crops raised on the homestead are Soft White and Hard Red varieties of wheat.  Through direct involvement with grain commodities, and experience at the grocery store, we discovered a need for quality, affordable, and simple to use grain products.   In researching our family’s heritage, we found that throughout the generations, there is a connection of family with good food.  We have taken great care to realize this connection through the products we offer.
